1. General Information
By placing an order on this website, you agree to these terms. All prices are shown in NOK and include 25% MVA (VAT) for both Norwegian and international orders.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We ship from Norway to select international locations, including Greece.
- Norway: Shipping rates vary by product size (A4/A3). (Free over 600 NOK). Expected delivery: 2-10 business days.
- International: Shipping rates vary by product size (A4/A3). Free shipping is available for orders over 900 NOK. Expected delivery: 7-14 business days.
- Customs/Duties: International customers are responsible for any local customs fees or import duties that may apply upon arrival in their country.
2.1 International Shipping and Costum Duties
Import Charges: For all orders shipped outside of Norway (including the EU, UK, USA, and Oceania), the recipient is the importer of record. You may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and administration fees levied by your country’s customs authorities.
2026 EU Regulations: Please note that as of 2026, the EU has removed the low-value threshold. All items entering the EU from Norway are subject to VAT and a mandatory customs handling fee (typically €3-€15 depending on the member state).
Refused Shipments: If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, the original shipping cost and any return fees charged by the courier will be deducted from your refund. Return fees must be documented to be elligible for deduction of the refund.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 14 business days.
Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at createdbyaika@gmail.com.
4. Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at createdbyaika@gmail.com.
6. Shipping Returns
To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
